Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to complete my pitch?

The typical timeline is first draft within 3-4 days from initial payment, with final completion within 7 – 14 days. If you require a faster turnaround please contact us and we can accommodate this for a small additional fee.

What are the final files I will receive upon completion?

We will provide you copies of the pitch in PDF format throughout the draft and refinement process. Upon completion and final payment we will send across the complete pitch package with PDF pitch file, editable PowerPoint or Keynote file (so you can make future tweaks) along with the font files used if required.

Do I get to give comments during the process?

Building a pitch deck is an iterative process which is why we’ve included refinement rounds in our packages. Once the first draft is complete we will send it over to you to get your feedback on the content and design for further refinement and repeat this process a few times through to completion.

Are you willing to sign an NDA?

If you require an NDA we will happily complete one or provide you with one if you do not have one.

What are my payment Options?

We accept credit/debit card, PayPal and wire transfers. Credit/debit card payment is processed by PayPal for security and convenience.

I have a lot of slides, will you design them all?

For seed stage ventures we recommend 10-15 slides and for Series A we recommend 15-20 slides. Keeping your deck concise and short holds attention, and you can explain the finer details in person. Our premium design package includes up to 15 slides whilst our design + content package allows for up to 20 slides. That being said, if you require more slides than this we will be happy to accommodate this for a small additional fee per slide.
