If these needs vary throughout the year, arise unexpectedly, or you have ongoing needs for design services that don’t require having a designer on staff, a retainer might be the perfect solution for your business.

What Is The AOG Retainer Program?

Our retainer program is a monthly agreement between your business and ours that allows you to contract us for as few as 3 hours of service per month. Our monthly retainer gives you instant access to our full suite of professional creative / design / marketing / consultative services minus the overhead and residual cost associated with having an in-house designer or design team.

What Are The Advantages Of Our Monthly Retainer?

By entering our monthly retainer agreement, you can take advantage of all of our creative design services at a discount from our a la carte service rate. The more hours you commit to, the lower your hourly rate is. With our retainer program, AOG reserves retainer time exclusively for you, so even if you have rush work, or an unplanned need, our creative staff can respond to your needs immediately.

For multiple projects, you can take advantage of the combined work volume and avoid the need to seek estimates, manage multiple contracts and pay multiple invoices. Our retainer can stabilise your monthly services budget.

What Services Are Included In Our Monthly Retainer?

All of our services outlined in the previous pages are included in the monthly retainer as well as our a la carte services. If you have a specific need outside of what we list, we are happy to help!

Hours in excess of the monthly agreement are billed at the retainer rate.

What Services Are Not Included In A Creative Retainer Agreement?

A creative retainer does not cover expenses like printing, stock photography licensing, and subcontractor fees. Our Director will consult with you before beginning work to identify any fees or costs that may be billed in addition to your creative retainer agreement.

Will I Receive An Accounting Of My Hours?

Each month, AOG will prepare a report that shows all of the time we’ve spent on your projects.

You create your retainer package by choosing the number of monthly design hours.
